All phones sold by AGAN have been typed approved in terms of The Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act 36 of 2005) and is compliant with all ICASA regulations.
AGAN is authorized by ITAC (International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa) to import pre-owned phones into the country.
AGAN is registered as a second-hand goods dealer in terms of Section 13 of the Second-hand Goods Act 2009 and is therefore permitted to trade in second hand phones.
